Audio Physic makes their own, and don't look like those. Wierd. I have similar looking stands, which are a bit more substantial - http://www.apollohifi.co.uk/Speaker/Speaker.html I use Apollo A3 stands. They're inexpensive ($100 US), very sturdy, and can be mass filled. Not a single complaint from me. I didn't realize they were a UK company. Whatever you buy, make sure they're the right height. The speaker's tweeter should be at about ear level when you're seated. |

I couldn't remember which one they were though. AP's stands use glass at the bases and 3 silver aluminum fillable tubes.
