I have two 2-way kenwood speakers(max input 100w per speaker) and a Technics SL-B350 tunrtable. I want to use the speakers with the tunrtable. What type of receiver/amp should I get????

Your best bet may be a pawn shop. Look for an older receiver, preferably one with a wooden casing. Make sure it has a phono input option for source.
Have them play it for you to make sure it works. Negotiate, try and stay at or under $40. If not, try another pawn shop.
Pioneer would be a good pick up.
