I know this post belongs in the "Cables" section, but no one seems to go there, so here it is. Anyone have any experience with these? Saw an ad on Agon for them. Too good to be true?
They are somewhat overpriced for what they are. But you will have difficulty finding the parts in small quantity should you decide to make your own, so you have a trade off. Before you spend money on these I would certainly try the heavier guage magnet wire from RS. That's what the "anti-cables" are, magnet wire used for winding transformers and inductors.
I'm using the Anti-Jumpers and have been impressed. With my vdH speaker wire I seem to be getting the best of both worlds. Didn't have good luck with solid core before but my recent experience with these jumpers has been positive. Might be able to see them in the pics of my Wharfies on Small Speaker thread.
