Would a Velodyne CHT-10 be a good Sub for me?

I listen to 75% music 25% DVD. Room size is 15x20x7.5C.H. (for now) Main speakers are MA B2's also for now. Will upgrade my fronts down the road and will make the MA's my rear surround's.

Looking for a deep, tight, fast, musical sub.
