Recessed spring loaded pin in tonearm

One of the spring loaded pins in my tonearm has become stuck (at least I don't think it is snapped). I have tried gently jabbing it but no luck! Any tips?! Thanks.

Look in and around the end of the arm, the connection plate is oftentimes screwed in or held in with a set screw.
