The blu-yack is pretty standard, Ed. However, I did use a cloth intended to stop stuff sliding around in the trunk of a car. I have no idea of the name, just a roll-out 'towel' from the dollar store. For a buck, these things hold like crazy, and leave no marks or anything. Did the job for me, without isolating the cab from the stand, making a pretty good coupling, which is what I wanted for the Psb Alphas.
