Yes, that was just one pair sold on ebay this week. Mine are about 30 yrs old. Don't really remember. I had them with a MK sub and Haffler separates. Changed to Onix int amp and HsU Sub. Played with HK, Rotel, and now a Mira 3 amp. The point is, I have a good idea of how good they are. Maybe it is just my ears, but I have heard speakers in the $1100 to $1500 range that sound as good mid range and have bigger bass. $2200 for speakers that need a sub seems crazy.
