I buy CD players that are as close to analogue sounding, as I can afford. I just got back into vinyl and search for LPs/45RPMs that were mastered and produced completely in the analogue domain. But I'm going to send that through a pair of speakers that puts it back into the digital domain? No thanks. I'm sure that's an appealing feature for digital guys. But for analogue guys like myself, not so much. |
