Now I'm wondering what to do with the Savards. These speakers are definitely not "mini." Dual tweeters, horn midrage, and two 12" drivers per tower. Includes L-pads for independent adjustment of tweeter and midrange output. They are in great condition considering they are 25 years old. In fact, the only service has been removal of one protection circuit which went bad but was never replaced. They sound great but take up quite a bit of space. Is there a website for listing rare speakers like these? I'd really hate for them to end up in the hands of a 16-year-old who'd just destroy them. They should go to someone who can really appreciate the quality and history of these beasts. |
