same thing happened to me in austin, texas. 15 months ago i turned two guys down, now today two different guys came up with the same story. so, i wised up a bit...
-ford expedition (no plates in the front bumper, white out lights) -two men (one white with a florida licenese, one half white and hispanic with thugforlife writen on his left under-forearm.) -and a lot of others things like license number on ford, and drivers licensese number.
unfortunely, i bought two 583LR for $300. what i really want to know if it is against the law? if so i would turn in all of the information that i got into the authorities....

Get it through your collective heads, people. What they are doing is not illegal. They are offering to sell an item (consideration), you exxhange offers (meeting of the minds), and come to an agreement (creating a contract or a bailment).
