New member Username: Bobcat100913Pa Usa Post Number: 1 Registered: Sep-07 | I am looking to replace a JVC RX750VK Compulink. It features a built in graphic equalizer as well as jacks for phono, cd, aux, tape 1, tape 2, video 1, video 2, and vcr. It was 100 wpc. I am having no luck since most companies are selling home theatre units which I am not interested in. I am simply looking for a good stereo receiver with the above features. The Onkyo TX8522 has been recommended but it does not have the graphic equalizer. If anyone has any knowledge on where I can purchase one it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance |

Looks like I might be spending some cash to get the JVC fixed since I can't find what I want anywhere. Thanks anyway. If anyone else has any ideas I'm all ears. |

Silver Member Username: ShawnharmanPost Number: 104 Registered: Dec-05 | why do you feel you need a buit in EQ? a seperate one would do just as good, if not better. you wont find any new stuff with that, so you might want to look into used stuff. ebay as loads of jvc's with built in EQ's on there. |

The reason I wanted a built in EQ was that it was a really nice feature, and I really don't have any room to spare, besides, all of the new receivers I have looked at are not compatible with everything I want. Some of them don't have the same amount of hook-ups in the back that I need. |
Silver Member Username: ShawnharmanPost Number: 107 Registered: Dec-05 | none of them have been removed, they all have at leat a day or so left on them, a stereo receiver you can look at is the harman kardon 3845 receiver, it should have everything you need. and it is a very good receiver, it will be a big upgrade from your jvc. but it dont have a built in EQ |
