Gold Member Username: John_aPost Number: 1249 Registered: Dec-03 | There is a monthly UK magazine called HiFi News that takes a sceptical and informed view of everything about audio, and does not seem to be "in anyone's pocket" as far as I can tell. They have an Audio-Visual supplement every three months, the last one was in May, but they cover DVD-A and SACD formats, with everything else, in every issue. Their disc/music reviews are not so great, but they seem to know about the equipment OK. There are many other good magazines. |
