Friday, May 21, 2004 - 19:04 GMT I have a Teac R-555 cassette deck that is about 20 years old. I enjoy the deck, but it has been malfunctioning lately. The level meters do not work, and sometimes the fast forward button doesn't work. Is it cost effective to get the unit repaired? How good a deck is this? Should I replace it?
