Hey, I have a ipod shuffle (second generation). I got it in December and it's worked fine since then. However,I recently had to reformat my computer and now my computer won't recognize my ipod and no power is getting to it. I tried all of the things suggested on apple.com but nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas? My ipod is dead, i can't reset it and everything i tried to get my computer to recognize it didn't work. Anyone had any similar problems? Thx for the help in advance.
