New member Username: FunkybootyCupertino, CA United States Post Number: 1 Registered: May-07 | I'm building this system for a 22x24' living room: either a Pioneer VSX-1016TXV or a Sony STR-DG1000 I'm looking at the one of the svs surround packages, but I think I'm going to need in ceiling rears. mathing rear athena's or boston acoustic in ceiling surrounds with the svs sbs01's and scs01 center be weak? i'm cringing at the in ceilings, but i have nowhere to reasonably mount good rears... or, another route is 3 athena ws 60's for the front and a couple athena in ceilings for surround plus the svs sub.. any suggestions or alternatives? |

New member Username: FunkybootyCupertino, CA United States Post Number: 2 Registered: May-07 | Those hsu bookshelfs look nice.. The other issue I'm having is the center. I can't fit a 3rd hsu bookshelf on my mantle, so I may have to go with the athena's b1.2's and a smaller athena center with a couple in ceiling's... Would in-ceiling athena's raise matching issues with the hsu bookshelfs? |
