as subject says looking to upgrade from cartridge that came with my turntable,since i have had it for going on two years,and would like to upgrade.so looking for best "reasonable" upgrade for this TT thanks malco
Depends on what sound you're looking for. Grado Prestige Black or Blue are very good budget cartridges that give good detail and are forgiving. They should work with your table and arm.
Really must know what you are playing and what sound you are lookin for though.
generally play my old vinyl/some newer 180gram. it would consist of rock and roll and some jazz. records in mint to very good condition. thanks for the comment art.
What cartridge came with your table and why do you think you want to change? Describe the sound you have along with your other gear and tell us what is good and bad about your current system. Please, do not say "there's nothing wrong with what I have". If there's nothing improper about what you own, why change anything? Do you just have some money to spend? How much?
