RCA RD27662B "System File Corrupted" Need Help!!

Maybe like 6 months later, maybe less, it said System File Corrupted. I have looked at every website that said it would help me with it. None of them did. Can some one help me with this problem? I would like to use my mp3 player again. thank you.

Bottom line is, return them and get your money back. They are not worth the aggravation.
