I got an ipod for christmas, along with a $20 iTunes giftcard. Last night, I still had $13 left in my giftcard, so i decided to download the Zombies Aliens Vampires Dinosaus album by hellogoodbye, and got a message saying that iTunes was currently unavailable, that my purchase would be saved and i could download it later. so i tried looking for it today, couldnt find it, so i went to the support site, and looked everywhere that it told me to, and still couldnt find it, so i tried to re-download it, but it said i couldnt do that either. it gave me a message saying that i 'had already purchased this album, but it hadnt downloaded it, hit ok and i can get my album' and then i click that and i get "iTunes is unavailable, please try again later" Meanwhile, i've been charged for this album and i cant even listen to it.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how do i fix it and get my album?
