The Zaldek 2000's are pretty nice... They're great for music related to rock and pop. They are actually quite accurate too! ...The bass is tight, the drivers are well behaved (they don't bounce around and make noises that color the music), the mid and high are nice and crisp, they're not harsh sounding, and they look awesome IMO. These speakers sound better than MTX's MONITOR12's, JBL's N38 II's, and even my past stage monitors and mains!
Even if you're still wondering, the Zaldek's are worth a try, and if they don't please, I'm sure there's a good return policy at the place you bought them.
From now on I'm only buying British speakers for my sound systems... They sound really awesome.
Note: I go by the name Randall Duncan over at www.hometheaterforum.com . I posted a thread about these speakers in the Speakers and Subwoofers section. You might find it kinda' helpful.
