The layout of my living room wont allow me to put up wall speakers AT ALL. Long story.

so I was on onecall and saw these... directional ceiling speakers. Sounds decent to me with the specs but I am not sure. Thoughts?

In recessed pots they look to be a nice install.
They might be a coax car design, but at that size, I doubt that it matters.
Might be a 'try and see'.

You might be right Nuck on the 'try and see'. For $100 each its worth a shot I guess.. I will report up on the "my livingroom layout sucks" forum.

I will review these for those who care in a new thread, I bought the HK AVR7300 and the HT Oval speakers.

If you care, it will be mated to a Bose Center speaker and a Yamaha sub (older model, maybe 5 years old) and a Sammy 56" DLP that is about 1 year old (5678 or 5683 comes to mind without looking at it).

It might take some time, my house wont be completed for about 3-4 weeks. tick tock tick tock.

Thanks for the input so far! I dont think this forum would be good for the checkbook though, I see some of you have some VERY NICE stuff from looking at profiles! WOWZA!

The only thing good for a checkbook is a broken pen.
