amplifiers Unregistered guest | I plan on getting a amp to power subs in my room. Do i have to hook the amp up to a reciever or can i hook it up to anyhtign that has volume control and can play cds. I already have a 3 disc mini system type thing. Can i use the main unit of this to hook the amp up to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
swampcat Unregistered guest | Its not clear what you want to do. Your mini thing needs to have pre out jacks to use a seperate amp. I doubt it has these. Your going to spend a considerable amount of money for an amp. Why not up grade the entire system. I dont know of an amp cheaper than $600-$700. Are you trying to do surround sound or just 2 channel stereo? |
