Any thoughts on a Rotel RX-830 for $100

I've got a lead on a Rotel RX-830 apparently in "like new" condition for $100. Any thoughts? Is this a decent price? Will 20W be sufficient for medium sized 3-way speakers? Does this receiver have a decent phono stage?
