Hi, i have a nad c320bee amp with a mordaunt-short ms907w subwoofer. I have connected the RCA pre outs from the amp into the RCA line ins of the sub, and the RCA line outs of the sub into the RCA main in of the amp. When i plug headphones into the headphone jack in the amp however, the sub keeps playing; a little inconvenient as headphones are for keeping the noise down! I was wondering if there was some other way of setting up the system so as not to have this problem. There are 'high level input' and 'high level output' plugs on the subwoofer in addition to the line in and line outs, but I havent made use of them as I don't really know what I'm doing. Please could someone enlighten me if there is a solution. Thanks very much, any help would be greatly appreciated, Ant
Sure. Remove your RCA connections from the subwoofer, so you are now connecting the pre-outs directly to the amp-ins on the 'bee.
Then run speaker wire from your speaker connections on the 'bee to the sub's "high level inputs" and another set of speaker wire from the sub's "high level outputs" directly to the speakers.
