Does anyone have any suggestions, know what this means, or how it can be fixed? |

You will also need a true RMS meter and a wideband O scope. Few people will have the latter. You could at least examine the power supply rail fuses to see if they are blown. STAY AWAY from the large DC power supply caps with any instrument made out of metal. On second thought, you had better consult a professional. |
