I-Tunes not playing Music

All I get is a speaker shape next to the song and the progress bar at the top not moving. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a182/ricey1980/i-tunes.jpg Media player is working fine but I-tunes and quick time aren't working1 Any help would be appreicated as it is driving me insane!
