I have the Australian version of the 1803 and it does not have multizone, it does however allow 2 rear centre connections (mono). The amp specifies 12-24 ohms if running 2 rear centres, tho i only have 8ohm speakers (small sony sattelite). I read somewhere that it is alright to use 8 ohms. I figured if they did affect the amp in any way the protection circuit would kick in. The guy at the audio shop doesnt have a clue and theres nowhere i can ring. Anyone have the same amp and know if this is okay?
