I recently heard the Totem Mites coupled with an NAD 162/272 combo. The mites were amazing - the soundstaging was quite good - I was rather impressed. While listening we switched to the JMlabs 706s and it was as though the music had been sucked back in to the speaker - no where near the presence of the mites. What are peoples opinions of the Totem mites - a good match with Cambridge audio? I've certainly heard they are a good match with NAD.
I think Mites are brilliant little speakers. They're very engaging and have great fluidity and cohesion. They're not the last word in resolution. Dynaudio 52s have better resolution and more presence for example. But they are a great little speaker which has a big heart and a big sound to go with it.
Sorry, didn't answer your question! Never heard them with CA, but they are reasonably easy to drive so provided the amp isn't a wimp they should combine well.
