HELP with cut off frequency

Mike Jaeger	Posted on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 - 16:36 GMT I have a sony str-de885,in the advanced settings are cut off frequencies, does anyone know what the standard settings are or where I should start? I also have it connected to a sony subwoofer, what is the setting for the reciever/ cut off to the sub?
h1pst3r	Posted on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 - 21:03 GMT THX certification states 80hertz for the satellites to hand off to the sub...if memory serves. Depending on your satellites, you may want to crossover a little higher, like 100 or 120 hz. Try them and listen. -h1pst3r
