I've heard the AM 15's and was thinking about buying a set. Given that everyone seems to hate Bose so much, what would you suggest as a better choice if you were going to spend $900-1300?

I have a pair of Cerwin Vega 15's that are awsome. I mean they really sound good. And they will last a long time, and they're right in your price range.
