It also acts as a switching system for your various sources. There are various degrees of sophistication with preamps, from extremely basic to full-blown AV surround with all the bells and whistles. |

But, on the amp and pre/pro side, I am converted after the weekend with Outlaw's 970 mated to my Adcom 7607, very nice and now I know why they call it surrround sound and why all you guys told me to get a coaxial cable. You know, the sound does really move around the room in some movies? LOL |
