I know that there are endless posts on this questions but none manage to answer my question. When i plug in my iPod it comes up on iTunes and registers. My library has over 1000s songs and is over the stated capacity so i thought i should manually update the iPod, this did not work. Then i selected just to add my playlists. My iPod is now empty but reacons it's full and will not update any of the tracks. I have reset it also and all my iPod is up to date with updates. HELP!
