New member Username: R_mPost Number: 1 Registered: Feb-06 | I used a cable with a 3.5mm jack at either end to connect my minidisc player to my laptop when I wanted to record from my laptop to my minidisc player. You could use one of these to connect the headphone socket of your laptop to the microphone in socket of your receiver (possibly requiring an adaptor to get the right size). I connected the cable into the headphone socket of the laptop and then into the input socket of the minidisc player. It was a cheap solution. I suspect the quality will not be fantastic but for the price of a cable it is worth trying out especially if it is only needed as a short(ish) fix. |
