Another vote for the Outlaw, I've had one for about two weeks now. The sound quality is in the NAD 763 class for music, the power output is comparable to the NAD 753, it completely blows the NAD away for movies. Price is $100 less that the MSRP for the NAD 753. Noise floor is non-existant. It's somewhat future-proofed as well with the upgradable firmware, 7.1 input bass management (including an 80Hz analog crossover), DVI switching and lip-sync delay. Unless you can get the NAD 763 for $900 or less and are willing to risk the whole hiss/hum issue, I'd give the Outlaw a test drive.
