For the money of one PW-2200 i could get two PDR-1200's. Would i not be better off with the two subs vs the one ?

the pw-2200 will give you much better sound then 2 pdr-1200's and would prob be the same amount of bass maybe on were you put the 2 pdr-1200s you could get more bass but it would not sound as good as the pw-2200 had 2 sony wm500 at one time and heard a buddy of mines wx700 and it sounded much better cuzz the higher modle is built better with better amps so go with the pw-2200 and hey its paradigm both ways your gona have great great sound

Having owned the PW2200 (2 of them actually) I can tell you that you can do far better for less money. Hsu and Outlaw both make 12" subs that are uglier but sound far better than the Paradigm. They have lower extension at higher volume than the PW2200. They also sound more controlled and accurate.

Well i bought a pw-2200 on the weekend and i am happy with it so far.

Problem with me (live in Canada) ordering from the US is shipping and exchange and maybe duties and of course taxes. It just doesnt seem to be worth it.

This 2200 shakes the house with the right notes - i couldn't imagine deeper bass.
