Hey Dion! Haven't heard from you in a long time but it looks like you're still around.
Yep, those are the new ones. Thanks for noticing.

Tim,

Very cool. It turns out I won't have time to get together on 12/9 as I have to be back here on Sunday so we're doing a trip over in the a.m. and back in the p.m.

BUT, as this rate, I'll have 5-10 pairs of speakers to preview when I get there. Keep building those babies. Thanks, Dave.

Very nice, Tim!
I need to try the Emmas first though.

I am thinking of going to Vegas for the show, too, gotta check hotels.
Probably too late, like all the other shows there.

Thanks David. I guess you didn't get my response about your visit. On the 9th I'm leaving on a jet plane (don't care if I ever come back again, but I will) but we definitely need to get together.

Thanks Nuck. I'll make sure you have a chance to hear Emma.

This was a complicated design and took up a great deal of my time. It's hard enough designing a good 3 way speaker but I wanted to make the upper portion capable of playing on it's own also. It is, in fact, two speakers in one.

I appreciate your support guys!

Tim --

What happened to the last review in the Ring of the Ling's series? As you would say, I've been lurking -- waiting for the new review. Any updates?

How about sending the Emma on tour too?

Jon had the speakers for nearly a month and has returned them saying he would post something. I've not heard anything since. He's a college professor and apparently tours around giving lectures leaving him little spare time.

Myra occupied a great deal of my time. Now that it's nearly finalized I can get Emma ready for a tour. I should be able to put her on the road next week.

Thanks Margie. You should give yourself a treat and visit Vegas in January. There's more hi-fi goodies there than chocolate in Willie Wonka's factory.

Any chance of you selling just the bookshelf part for those of us unable to afford the whole thing? That is one attractive top! :-) How much would just the top end cost?

Thanks Raj.
I've yet to determine that. The plan is to offer additional upper cabs packaged with the towers for surround sound systems. There's also a matching center channel in the works.

Tim,

I think you needed to spend more money on the cables on the Myra puppies. LOL

Margie, tell Tim you're not going to Vegas until he names a speaker after you.

Ling, Rosa, Aria, Emma, Myra - When you going to name a speaker after your wife?

At this rate, I'll never get over there in time to see one of your "new" speakers, you keep building them faster than I can move. Now, Myra is starting to appeal to me and I haven't even spent any time with Emma yet? And, I always thought I was a pretty loyal guy, too. LOL

Do the names of these speakers have anything to do with the size of cones?

:-)
