have a hk avr 330 reciever ...and im using athena asb2 bookshelfs...the prob i have alot of times it seems like the songs have to much treble even though the treble isnt high ...im not sure if the athena isnt a good combo with the hk reciever....but i seen in the store the polk audio rti6 bookshelfs on sale....so i was wondering if anyone knows wich set of speakers are better sounding like for movies, music etc....and these to speakers are my option
Look into the Ascend cbm-170s, they mate really well with HKs which is why Ascend carries HK on their website. You'll need a sub though, the 170s don't put out as much bass as the B2s.
BTW I would never think of using the two sets of speakers in the same room - if you buy the Polks I'd sell off the AS-B2s and save up for some Rti8s. Personally I'd rather just have two channel than mixing those speakers together in a 4.0.
