Switching to 2-channel on panny

annonymouspannasonic Unregistered guest	Posted on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 - 06:57 GMT i have a panasonic xr-55 and was wondering if there is a better way to switch from 5.1 DTS to 2-ch stereo mode. Each time i switch it, i have to go into options and change which speakers i have (LCRS-Left,Right,Center,Surrounds or LR only). is there an easier way than constantly changing the options setup?
Nathan Stohler Unregistered guest	Posted on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 - 12:41 GMT For DVDs, it's better to just select the stereo mix on the DVD than to downmix a 5.1 mix to 2.0. Or, doesn't your receiver have a stereo mode?

The subwoofer will always be active as long as you have the subwoofer setting at "yes."
