it happened on friday where i was lsitening to a song on my shuffle, when i needed to go do something, so i turned it off. about an hour later i get my ipod out again and turn it on, only to see the green and orange LED lights flashing at me, and not producing any music. i tried to figure out the problem, going on the apple.com site, asking friends, even checking out the manual. and now its even worse, i can't turn on the ipod in itunes, and now its really making me angry. i would appreciate and help i can get
