They are out of Chicago their designer is Bill Duddleson and he has done it the hard and been succesful doing that way for over 20 years they started out internet dirrect and they still are but now they have some exclusive dealers,Bill Duddleson had shows all over the world to promote his speakers, amps, and processors and it is how I first met him about 8 years ago,a very good way for the customers to get know you and the best way to diminstrate what the componets can do,what better way than the guy who designed them.First order crossovers are not Legacys style they have built their company off of ribbon tweeters, large bass drivers, large cabinets, and complex crossovers.Duddlesons first speaker was the Legacy Classic which has 2 10 inch bass drivers one firing out of the front of the cabinet and one firing out of the rear of the cabinet,a 7 inch kevlar midrange driver and 2 soft dome tweeters one the rear and one the front and his signiture a ribbon supertweeter and various toggle switches to control the tweeter levels for different rooms they were introduced at about $1800 which was a bargain considering it competed with all the worlds superspeakers and now 20 years it has inflated to $3295 wich still makes it a increadible bargain by todays standards especially considering all the improvments they have received over the years to keep up with todays standards. The Victoria is a very large monitor with impressive dynamic range and extroidanary imaging and soundtaging and great deep bass and at $3495 it is some what a bargain for all its many talents. They have a sub thats designed for it and you can buy 2 and stack it like the Wilson Watt Puppies is it good go figure its their 20th aniversary model.
