I'm very disappointed with NAD's quality control. I really enjoy the performance of their equipment. My faith in them as a whole, however, is fading fast.
My T752 reciever is experiencing intermittent loss of the rear left channel(one week @ the local shop changed nothing), while my T513 DVD player is doing the same on the right channel while playing music on the analog output.
I'll be returning them both to the dealer along with my request for replacments. I have only had them for 2 weeks. This is quite unacceptable.
I don't think it is unreasonable to request new replacements.
