Is there any set of multimedia speakers of this kind that also have the coaxial inputs whether they are digital or analog and maybe even the optical input? I own the Pioneer DV-588A-s (dvd player). It's got Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 surround sound decoders and the associated outputs (5.1 plus the stereo digital coaxial outputs and the optical output). How do the choices below compare to each other for someone with limited budget and room space right now - meaning the less I spend the better: 1. a set just like the Roland DM-2100 in the link at the top, that I could hook up through either digital, optical or analog outputs. 2. a pair of active monitor speakers connected to the analog stereo outputs. 3. a pair of active monitor speakers plus a sub unit, all connected through the DTS 5.1 outputs. Thanks a LOT for your time to answer this. I beleive the answer fits to the choice 1. If that's the case I really appreciate any recommendations to alternatives to the set I linked above. |
