I want to synch my itunes on my computer with my ipod, b/c my ipod has the library of another computer, and i would like to start synching it with my computer, but i dont want to delete my ipod library... I want to update my itunes, not ipod. Can anyone help with this odd request? Thanks ahead!
You have to transfer the music library from one computer to the other. All you have to do is write all the music to a disc from one computer then transfer the music from the cd into the itunes library on the other computer.
Adding music into your library will not delete any music from your iPod unless it does not exist in the library. So make sure that the music in your iPod is also in your iTune library.
Do not make this more complicated than it is. iPod transfers are one way only unless you use it as a separate removable hard drive.
