I will choose and buy one of the listed receivers in the USA.

VSX-1015TX

VSX-54TX

VSX-56TXi

HK AVR 635

AVR Denon 3805

HTR 5890.

But I will use it in other country. In the other country, the power standart is 220 Volts 50 Hz. I will use the receiver with 220 volts to 110 volts voltage converter. It means I won't have voltage problem. However the voltage converter converts only the voltage not frequency.

Does the frequency difference (60 Hz/50 Hz) cause any problem on the receiver performance?

Can I find dual voltage receiver in the USA?

Can I find Euro model receiver in the USA?

I had asked this question to Yamaha and I received the below answer from them:

"In regards to question on using your Yamaha products in other countries
with different power supplies. All of the Yamaha units that are
purchased in the United States are designed to work only with 110
Volts.
We do not support any power adapters and we recommend buying your unit
in the country your going to be using it in. If you use it on another
power rating you may damage the receiver and void the warranty. We do
not sell any units in the United States that have a power selector
switch. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact us.
Sincerely"

A step down transformer(220/230/240 to 110) will work, the frequency(50/60Hz) doesnt matter to a receiver since line frequency is not used within the receiver. The one thing you'll have to worry about is the radio tuner.USA tuners have a different step frequency than European/Asian versions. You may not be able to certain radio stations. YAMAHA has some dual voltage receivers which are also sold in USA. TRY :http://www.220giftcenter.com/avamps.htm

And yes, one more thing If you want OSD (onscreen displays) from the receiver you will need a PAL /NTSC compatible unit.I setteled for the yamaha considering all these factors.
