Popping Center Polk CSI-5

Anonymous	Posted on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 - 01:19 GMT I have a Polk CSI-5 that I just got. Every once in a while it will make a popping sound. I notice it most when playing X-BOX, Halo 2. Is the driver bad or am I under powered?
Anonymous	Posted on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 - 22:56 GMT I have the same issue. I have tried several receivers and still heard it. I don't think it a power issue because I heard it with a 75 watt and a 100 watt receiver. I have someone checking onit with Polk for me.

Paul Gold Member Username: Paul_ohstbucks Post Number: 1688 Registered: Jan-05	Posted on Tuesday, July 26, 2005 - 23:47 GMT My center channel speaker was popping once, and when I checked my speakerwire, I learned that one of the connections had come loose. Also, make sure your wires arent crossed.
