Silver Member Username: SemNew York USA Post Number: 499 Registered: Mar-04 | Most people would be hard-pressed to hear a difference between a Monster Cable sub cable and a less expensive, but well made, cable. I am skeptical of thise who say they do. My advice, do as Art says return it and put that money into a music or movie disc. You'll be glad you did. |

Bronze Member Username: EyeswideshutAlbany, Oregon USA Post Number: 47 Registered: Jul-05 | I definately notice a difference between all wiring. If you can't Jay, consider yourself lucky, because they get expensive. I spent $500 on a foot of interconnect once, but it was well worth it, I must say. |
Silver Member Username: KanoPost Number: 535 Registered: Oct-04 | Check out the "little boutique" shops as Paul refers to them. Where I live they stock http://www.wireworldaudio.com cables. I picked up 6 interconnects for $40 and coax cables for $20 a piece. While these shops can sometimes be overpriced unless you're buying a full system, at least with cables the prices are quite reasonable. |
