Of the above receivers I would probably go with the HK AVR330. The Onkyo 700 would be fine and you might also consider a NAD T743. The HK and the NAD both have good amp sections.
The Axiom speakers are nice at their price points, but I would probably not get the Axiom subwoofer and instead get a HSU VTF-2, which is currently on sale at the HSU website at $449--less than the Axiom subwoofer and much better.
