Also when we will connect the 8ohms woofer and tweeter in parallel with one of the amp. channel,the combined impedencewill reduce to 4 ohms, but amp. needs for 8 ohms imedence per channel. |

There's much less power going to the tweeter in typical situations. I don't know how much, but if I had to guess I'd say a ten to one ratio. |

It demonstrates that you need to do some serious research before you attempt loudspeaker design. James is right. You'd be much better off building a proven design than trying to build something using trial and error. If you are determined to create your own design you'll need to be able perform measurements. This means proper measurement equipment.
