Onkyo 702 set up

What's the best way to go from receiver to satelite (receiver). I have DVI to HDMI hookup from satelite to TV and Onkyo doesn't have HDMI capabilities just component video. I don't want to lose pic quality. I would like to bypass the video portion but need it for speaker setup. Any suggestions would be great.

Then run dig/coax or optical directly into your receiver from your Sat box. You can also run RCAs directly into your TV so you can watch tv with or without your receiver.
