Can anyone recommend the best receiver (under $400 at least for now) to go with Paradigm Atoms, CC-171 and PDR-8? I have heard Yamaha goes well (that is what the dealer used), but am also interestd in the Panasonic sa-xr25/45 as well.
I have a NAD which is definitely a good match with my Paradigms but NAD might be out of your price point (there might be some out there I just haven't looked at that price point).
Yamaha is definitely a good match with Paradigms. I replaced my Yamaha RX-V2092 with my NAD T773. I'm sure there are other good matches out there too. This is just the advice I got when I was looking since I wasn't ready to upgrade my speakers and my experience with my Yamaha. Good luck.
