M&K V-2B-Any Specs? Comparing to Athena

Someone was nice enought o give me an M&K V-2b subwoofer. I can't find any specs on this. I ordered an Athena AS-P400. Would like to know if I should return the Athena. Is the M&K better??? Advice appreciated, thanks.
